布比卡因脂质体通过多囊脂质体技术实现长达72小时的局部麻醉药缓释，为术后疼痛管理提供了一种长效选择。本文回顾该制剂在切口局部浸润、外周神经阻滞及筋膜平面阻滞中的临床证据，并围绕其与普通布比卡因或连续神经阻滞的比较、起效延迟、成本效益以及超说明书用药等问题展开讨论。总体来看，现有数据支持其在特定情境下减少阿片消耗、延长镇痛时间，但不同手术类型之间的效果差异较大，且相较于传统局麻药的优势并不稳定。未来需要更多独立设计的头对头试验和真实世界研究来进一步明确其临床定位。
