目的:探讨儿童哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平分布特点及其与儿童哮喘控制状态的关系。方法:回顾性纳入儿童哮喘患儿361例,根据FeNO水平分为<25 ppb、25-50 ppb及≥50 ppb三组,依据GINA标准评价哮喘控制状态,并进行年龄分层分析。结果:本研究共纳入361例患儿,不同性别患儿FeNO水平分布无统计学差异(x2=0.68,P=0.710);哮喘控制状态与FeNO水平分布相关(x2=15.27,P=0.004),哮喘控制不佳患儿高水平FeNO占比更高;10-14岁患儿FeNO水平分布与5-9岁患儿存在统计学差异(x2=23.25,P<0.001)。结论:本研究数据提示FeNO水平高低与哮喘控制程度存在相关性,临床中可将FeNO检测作为评估患儿气道炎症状态的辅助参考指标。
