目的：探讨术前白蛋白和血红蛋白水平与胃癌根治术后并发症的关系。方法：回顾性分析162例接受胃癌根治术患者的临床资料，根据术后是否发生并发症分为并发症组133例和无并发症组29例，比较两组临床资料，并采用Logistic回归分析术后并发症的危险因素。结果：两组在BMI、术前合并症数量、淋巴结清扫数目及营养-贫血状态方面存在差异（P<0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，低白蛋白血症合并贫血是术后并发症的独立危险因素（OR=4.39，95%CI：1.17～16.42，P=0.028）。结论：术前低白蛋白血症合并贫血可增加胃癌根治术后并发症风险，术前联合评估白蛋白和血红蛋白水平有助于识别高风险患者。
