目的:分析膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)近端损伤实施锚钉止点修复术治疗的效果。方法:选择本院2023.6-2025.6收治40例膝关节ACL近端损伤患者,随机数字表将其分为两组,20例/组;对照组实施关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术、观察组实施关节镜下锚钉止点修复术。比较两组膝关节功能(Lysholm、IKDC、ROM)、围术期指标(手术、住院时间)。结果:术后6个月,观察组Lysholm、IKDC评分及ROM与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组患者住院时间无差异(P>0.05);观察组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:锚钉止点修复术治疗膝关节ACL近端损伤与交叉韧带重建术效果无明显差异,与对照组相比可缩短手术时间,具有较高临床实践价值。
