新型外周血炎症指标在肾内科疾病中的研究进展

慢性炎症及免疫失衡在多种肾脏疾病的发生、发展以及终末期并发症的形成过程中始终扮演着重要角色。近年来,基于外周血常规和生化指标所构建的新型炎症指标得到了关注。例如中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞的比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)NLR(中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值)和血小板与淋巴细胞比值(platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio)。PLR(血小板-淋巴细胞比值)和单核细胞与淋巴细胞的比率(单核细胞/淋巴细胞比值)。多种线性回归(MLR)和系统免疫炎症指数(systemic immune- inflammatory index)。SII(免疫炎症指数)和系统性炎症反应指数(SIRI)等,由于其检测方法简单、成本低廉且具有良好的重复性,肾内科疾病得到了广泛关注。相关研究表明,上述炎症指标与急性肾损伤、糖尿病肾病、慢性肾脏病、IgA肾病以及终末期需透析的肾病等疾病的炎症状态、病情活动程度、预后预测及不良结果密切相关。本文综述了近年来新型外周血炎症指标在肾内科疾病中的研究进展,为肾脏疾病的风险分层、疗效评估及疾病预测提供了参考依据。
