近些年来,不少研究都显示胰岛素样生长因子1在心血管系统的生理进程、病理进程里有着重要意义。身为重要的生长调节分子,IGF-1不但参与心肌再生、血管重塑,还能够借助复杂的分子机制对多种心血管疾病的发展产生影响。从分子机制方面来讲,IGF-1跟其受体结合以后能够激活PI3K/AKT、MAPK等重要信号通路,进而增强心肌细胞增殖能力、提高存活率并且抑制凋亡过程。而且,该因子在维持血管内皮功能稳定状态、调节炎症反应、改善能量代谢平衡等方面同样起着关键作用。临床研究证明,循环IGF-1水平的异常改变和高血压、动脉粥样硬化、慢性心衰等疾病的发病风险紧密相关。深入探寻IGF-1在心血管系统中的调控机制,不但有利于阐明相关疾病的发病机制,还为开发新的防治办法提供了理论基础。依据当前研究状况,全面揭示IGF-1在心血管疾病中的作用原理已成为转化医学研究的重要方向,其研究成果会推动心血管疾病的防治水平提高。
