目的：系统评价钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2(SGLT2)抑制剂对心力衰竭患者导管消融术后心房颤动复发的影响。方法：计算机检索中、英文数据库,搜集SGLT2抑制剂对心衰合并房颤患者导管消融术后房颤复发影响的临床研究，时间跨度为数据库建库至2025年6月，两名研究人员分别完成文献筛选、数据提取及质量评估，使用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果：纳入4项队列研究和1项随机对照试验，Meta分析结果示与对照组相比，SGLT2抑制剂可降低房颤复发风险（HR=0.53，95%CI[0.43–0.65]，P<0.00001），但在减少全因死亡率（RR=0.71，95%CI[0.42，1.21]，P=0.21）方面未观察到显著差异。结论：本Meta分析表明SGLT2抑制剂或可作为心衰患者房颤导管消融术后的潜在辅助治疗选择，尚需高质量RCT进一步验证。
