肝癌的发病率和死亡率高，西医治疗手段包括手术、介入、靶向及免疫治疗等存在复发率高、不良反应多等问题。中医通过辨证论治调理全身，减轻损伤。二者结合优势互补，能促进患者肝功能恢复、减轻不良反应、降低复发风险等，为患者提供了更为理想的诊疗路径。未来需加强中药有效成分与机制研究，并通过高质量临床研究形成规范化指南，为肝癌患者提供更优的治疗策略。
