前列腺癌(Prostate Cancer,PCa)是男性泌尿生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病率随年龄增长呈显著上升趋势,严重威胁中老年男性身心健康。早期诊断是提高前列腺癌患者生存率、改善预后的关键,而前列腺穿刺活检作为诊断金标准,因具有侵袭性难以作为常规筛查手段。血清前列腺特异性抗原(Prostate Specific Antigen,PSA)检测具有无创、便捷、低成本的优势,是目前前列腺癌筛查的常用方法,但单独检测存在特异度较低、易受良性前列腺病变干扰等局限性。影像学检查可直观显示前列腺解剖结构、病灶位置及侵犯范围,弥补血清PSA检测的不足。本文结合近年来国内外相关研究进展,综述血清PSA检测与各类影像学检查联合应用在前列腺癌早期诊断中的价值,分析不同联合方案的优势与局限性,探讨其临床应用要点及研究展望,为临床前列腺癌早期精准诊断、优化诊疗策略提供参考依据。
