脑卒中具有高死亡率、高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率、高复发率的“四高”特点，若治疗不及时，易遗留严重后遗症。肩手综合征是脑卒中后常见的并发症，是以肩部疼痛、僵硬合并有同侧手部肿胀和疼痛为主要表现的一组症候群。严重延缓患者的康复进度，降低生活质量，为进一步加强治疗效果，现对脑卒中临床治疗手段进行归纳整理，探讨脑卒中后肩手综合征康复治疗研究新进展。
