罗库溴铵是目前临床起效最快的非去极化肌松药，因对心血管系统影响小、代谢产物无蓄积等优点被广泛应用。但该药物麻醉诱导时的起效时间仍慢于去极化肌松药琥珀胆碱，在需紧急气道管理的急危重症患者中，难以快速满足气管插管的肌松要求，这一药理学特性限制了其适用范围。为弥补这一不足，近年来临床采用联合用药、盐水推注等多种药理或非药理技术加快其诱导起效时间，且取得了较好的应用效果，本文就相关最新研究进展进行综述。
