目的：构建前列腺癌手术患者护理敏感质量指标体系，为前列腺癌手术患者护理质量监测与评价提供借鉴和参考。方法：基于循证的基础上，以“三维质量结构模式”为理论框架，运用德尔菲法构建科学、实用、敏感的前列腺癌手术患者护理质量指标体系。结果：2轮函询专家积极系数都是100%，专家权威系数分别是0.91和0.95，最终形成前列腺癌围手术期护理质量指标包括一级指标3个（结构指标、过程指标、结果指标），二级指标9个，三级指标34个。结论：前列腺癌围手术期护理质量指标的构建具有科学性和客观性，指标具有实用性和敏感性，有利于前列腺癌围手术期护理质量的改进。
