文章摘要
目的探讨肝脏弥漫性病变超声引导下经皮穿刺活检出血并发症的影响因素。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2024年12月肝脏弥漫性病变行超声引导下经皮穿刺活检患者的临床资料,收集患者的一般临床资料、血液生化检测结果、穿刺针大小等相关信息作为自变量,将穿刺术后是否并发出血作为因变量,所有自变量纳入单因素logistic回归分析,将P<0.05的自变量纳入多因素logistic回归分析,筛选出术后发生出血并发症的危险因素。结果本研究共纳入731例患者,术后并发出血者30例(4.1%),单因素回归分析显示有无肝硬化、术前血小板、血红蛋白、术前INR、白蛋白、总胆红素与术后出血发生相关,多因素logistic回归分析显示术前INR、肝硬化是穿刺术后并发出血的危险因素。结论有无肝硬化及术前INR是肝脏弥漫性病变经皮超声引导下穿刺活检出血并发症的的危险因素。
