儿童生长发育迟缓（CGR）是全球范围内影响儿童健康的重要公共卫生问题，特指儿童在生理、运动、语言、认知或社会情感等领域的发育水平显著低于同龄儿童正常范围，通常以同年龄、同性别儿童生长标准的-2个标准差为界定标准。早期筛查是识别CGR的关键环节，科学干预则是改善儿童远期发展结局的核心手段。本文旨在梳理当前研究进展，指出基层筛查覆盖率低、干预个体化不足等现存问题，并展望AI辅助筛查、多学科协作干预等未来研究方向，为临床实践与公共卫生决策提供参考。
