文章摘要
自“核心稳定性”的概念提出以来一直备受瞩目,近年来核心稳定性训练(Core Stability Exercise,CSE)更是广泛运用与体育、康复领域。尤其在康复医学领域CSE适用于多种康复治疗场景,如慢性腰痛、脊柱侧弯、神经康复等,通过核心稳定性训练改善患者的平衡能力和协调性,逐步恢复和加强中枢神经系统(CNS)对核心肌群的调控从而提高临床疗效加速康复进程。结合国内外关于核心稳定性训练的相关理论总结和研究应用现状,围绕康复医学领域CSE的应用,阐述核心稳定性的基础理论、训练方法和技术以及多维应用的新突破和未来发展的新路径。从客观角度体现CSE的重要性及可塑性,为将来CSE的研究提供理论依据。
