人工智能虚拟细胞(AIVC)通过集成多尺度建模将改变风湿病管理。AIVC可破译分子动力学,表示自身抗原-抗体复合物状态,模拟巨噬细胞极化等单细胞轨迹,并通过图神经网络绘制组织串扰图。它将使虚拟药物筛选能够克服耐药性,优化CAR-Treg安全性,还可构建患者特异性数字孪生体,用于预测骨侵蚀等的演变。未来,联邦学习和机器人实验或将解决数据及伦理挑战,加速风湿免疫性疾病的精准治疗。
