本综述旨在总结和分析当前关于⼉童难治性癫痫的最新研究进展。研究背景基于⼉童难治性癫痫的治疗挑战性和临床需求。写作⽬的是为临床医⽣和研究者提供关于治疗⽅法、治疗反应、预后因素以及潜在治疗策略的最新进展。研究⽅法涉及对近年来发表的相关研究⽂献进⾏系统回顾和元分析。主要发现包括新型抗癫痫药物的开发、药物治疗的优化、外科手术与神经调控技术的进展，以及⾮药物治疗手段如⽣酮饮⻝和益⽣菌的潜在应用。结论强调了综合治疗策略的重要性，并指出了未来研究的⽅向，特别是在个体化治疗和新治疗药物的开发⽅⾯。
