促黄体生成素(LH)是下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴(HPOA)的关键调节激素,在女性生殖内分泌生理与病理中起核心作用,由腺垂体合成分泌,通过结合靶器官受体调控甾体激素合成及卵泡发育。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者LH升高及比值失调引发雄激素过多等问题;中枢性性早熟(CPP)因下丘脑GnRH激活过早致LH脉冲异常,加速性发育;内分泌性不孕症中,排卵障碍与LH分泌紊乱相关,黄体功能不全也与LH脉冲异常有关。本文探究LH与上述疾病的关联机制,为揭示发病机制及优化诊疗提供理论支撑。
