肝囊性包虫病(HCE)是由细粒棘球蚴寄生于肝脏引发的人畜共患寄生虫病,主要流行于畜牧业地区,其诊断与治疗全程依赖影像学技术支撑。本文系统综述HCE的病理分型及各影像学技术的应用现状,重点分析不同影像技术在HCE筛查、诊断、分期、活性评估及治疗随访中的优势与局限性,并探讨人工智能辅助诊断、分子影像学等新兴技术的研究进展。结果表明:超声是HCE首选筛查手段,CT与MRI在精准分期和并发症评估中具有核心价值,超声造影、能谱CT可提升病灶活性判断的准确性,而AI技术有望实现HCE影像诊断的自动化与标准化。未来需进一步推动多模态影像融合及靶向分子影像技术发展,为HCE的全程管理提供更精准的技术支持。
