门静脉血栓（portal vein thrombosis，PVT）是肝硬化患者常见的并发症之一。本文将从流行病学、高危因素、诊断手段、治疗手段等，对肝硬化合并PVT的临床进展进行综述，归纳探讨当前临床所认可及排除的危险因素，对于PVT的诊断、治疗进行梳理。
