子宫内膜间质肉瘤(ESS)，是发生于子宫的恶性肿瘤。根据肿瘤的恶性程度和生物学行为，可分为低度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤(LGESS)和高度恶性子宫内膜间质肉瘤(HGESS)。目前临床上缺乏对ESS的规范化治疗方案，主要采用手术联合术后辅助治疗的综合治疗方法。本文综述近年来国内外ESS研究进展，旨在为临床治疗的规范化提供理论支持。
