糖尿病创面发病机制与干细胞治疗研究进展

文章摘要
糖尿病创面的难愈性是全球糖尿病管理的重大挑战,其病理基础涉及神经病变、血管病变、炎症反应异常及氧化应激代谢紊乱的多因素协同作用。本文在发病机制、治疗进展层面进行总结分析,深化干细胞调控创面微环境的分子机制研究,并推动干细胞衍生物的临床转化,为糖尿病创面精准治疗提供理论依据与技术支撑。
