静脉内平滑肌瘤病（intravenous leiomyomatosis，IVL）是一种十分少见的肿瘤，虽为良性病变，但具有沿着静脉回流方向生长的特性，病变可以由盆腔区域延伸至下腔静脉，甚至心脏，若不及时发现，临床后果严重。现就近期收治的一例I期IVL进行报道及文献复习，以期提高局限于盆腔的子宫IVL的诊治水平。
