PSMB4作为26S蛋白酶体的核心亚基之一,在维持细胞内蛋白质稳态中发挥关键作用。近年来发现可在多种疾病中发挥着重要的作用,尤其是在肿瘤发生发展、病毒感染及免疫相关疾病中扮演重要角色。本文将从PSMB4的分子结构与功能出发,系统综述其在肿瘤、病毒感染、免疫调节中的多维度作用机制及临床应用前景。重点阐述PSMB4通过蛋白酶体依赖与非依赖途径调控疾病进程的相关机制,深入探讨其表达水平与多种恶性肿瘤临床病理特征及患者预后的关联。以期为疾病的诊疗提供一定的参考及思路。
