肌因子对脂质代谢影响的研究进展

脂质代谢异常可诱发肥胖、非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)、动脉粥样硬化(AS)等脂代谢紊乱疾病。近年来,随着对肌因子研究的深入,其在脂质代谢调控中的作用愈发受到重视。这些由骨骼肌产生和释放的细胞因子和多肽,通过多种途径调节脂肪酸的合成、利用和运输,以保持能量平衡,并影响脂质代谢。本文就近年来肌因子在脂质调控中的作用及相关研究进展作一综述。
