肩锁关节脱位的临床治疗进展

肩锁关节脱位是上肢常见的运动损伤,约占肩部损伤的12%,这一损伤在男性中的发病率是女性的5倍,近年来在我国的发病率逐渐增加。随着医学的发展,肩锁关节脱位的诊断和治疗方案不断革新,但关于最佳治疗策略仍存在诸多争议。本综述将从肩锁关节的解剖基础、损伤机制与分型入手,系统分析急性肩锁关节脱位的保守治疗与手术治疗的最新技术进展,以期为临床决策提供循证依据。
