脑卒中后踝跖屈肌痉挛是影响患者肢体功能恢复的常见并发症，严重制约患者的运动能力与生活质量。外周磁刺激作为一种新兴的神经调控技术，近年来在痉挛治疗领域受到广泛关注。本文综合国内外相关研究，系统阐述外周磁刺激的作用机制，详细分析其对脑卒中后踝跖屈肌痉挛的抑制效果及影响因素，并与其他传统治疗方法进行对比，探讨该技术在临床应用中的优势与不足，为进一步优化治疗方案、提高脑卒中康复效果提供理论依据与实践参考。
