循环肿瘤细胞（CTCs）作为液体活检的核心标志物，在妇科肿瘤的早期诊断、预后评估及治疗监测中展现出重要价值。本文系统综述了CTCs检测技术在卵巢癌、宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌中的研究进展，分析其临床应用现状、技术挑战及未来方向。研究表明，基于微流控、免疫磁珠分离、适体介导扩增等技术的CTCs检测可有效提高灵敏度与特异性，尤其在分子分型指导下的个体化治疗中具有显著优势。未来需进一步优化检测技术标准化流程，探索多标志物联合检测策略，以推动CTCs在妇科肿瘤精准医疗中的广泛应用。
