哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征（ACOS）是一种同时具备哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）特征的异质性疾病。与仅患有哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者相比，他们在死亡率和发病率方面表现出更高的负担，并且该疾病的病理生理学及其作为独特疾病实体的存在尚不清楚。本文综合国内外研究，对哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的流行病学、发病机制、诊断标准、治疗等方面进行阐述。
