肺炎支原体肺炎（mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia，MPP）是我国5岁及以上儿童最主要的社区获得性肺炎，病情重者易发生肺外并发症，最常见为皮肤黏膜损害，甚至出现反应性感染性皮肤黏膜疹（Reactive Infectious Mucocutaneous Eruption，RIME）。本研究回顾性分析阿克苏地区第一人民医院儿科收治的3例MPP并发RIME患儿的临床资料及治疗经过，结合国内外近年来的文献报道，探讨其临床特点，并总结诊治经验。
