全脊柱内镜技术(Full Endoscopic Spine Surgery,FESS)是脊柱微创外科领域近二十年来最具革命性的进展之一。它借助高清内窥镜成像系统、精细的器械通道和持续水流灌洗,通过微小切口(通常<1cm)对椎管内结构进行可视化操作。该技术在退变性腰椎疾病(如腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症)治疗中日益成熟,展现出独特优势,并不断拓展其应用边界。本文旨在综述FESS在此领域的应用现状、技术特点、临床疗效、并发症及未来发展方向。
