脂蛋白a（lipoprotein(a)，Lp（a））是一种富含胆固醇的脂蛋白颗粒，其血浆水平由遗传因素主导调控。近年研究发现，Lp（a）不仅与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease，ASCVD）密切相关，还可通过炎症、氧化应激、血栓形成及动脉粥样硬化等发病机制参与心房颤动（atrial fibrillation，AF）的发生与进展。本文综述Lp（a）参与AF的分子机制及其潜在治疗进展，旨在为AF的精准防治提供新视角。
