探讨双心医学教学模式在心内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法：2023年3月~2023年5月在郑州大学第一附属医院心内科轮转的住院医师，随机分为对照组和试验组，试验组采用双心教学模式，对照组采用传统教学模式，教学3个月后评估2组住院医师课程分数，教学效果，带教老师满意度以及住院医师对教学满意度情况。结果：与对照组相比，试验组住院医师课程分数明显提高（P＜0.05）；住院医师与患者沟通满意度、沟通技巧、识别患者心理障碍以及对患者心理支持评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；带教老师满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）；住院医师对教学的满意度评价高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：双心医学教学模式在心内科住院医师规范化培训中优于传统教学模式，能够提高住院医师课程成绩，加强住院医师与患者沟通，增加住院医师识别心理障碍患者，住院医师满意度以及带教老师满意度均有提高。
