目的：基于循证和德尔菲法建立创伤骨科患者围术期深静脉血栓（DVT）护理预防方案。方法：检索国内外相关临床实践指南、原始研究等文献。采用Johns Hopkins标准、澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心质量评价方法评估文献质量，总结：归纳出创伤骨科患者围手术期DVT相关护理预防措施，拟订护理预防策略的初稿。运用德尔菲法对预防策略进行修订，最终形成预防策略的终稿。结果：最终纳入138篇文献，通过循证和德尔菲法构建了包括4个维度（风险评估、分级预防、健康教育、血栓管理）、42条创伤骨科围术期深静脉血栓护理预防策略。结论基于循证和德尔菲法构建创伤骨科患者围手术期DVT护理预防方案具有较高的科学性、适用性和可操作性。
