甲状腺乳头状癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma，PTC）淋巴结转移(lymph node metastasis，LNM)是局部复发和预后不良的核心因素，其隐匿性转移的早期识别及个体化治疗仍是临床难点。当前研究聚焦于危险因素、分子机制、诊断技术、治疗策略争议。未来需整合多组学标志与影像学技术构建动态分层体系，以实现精准干预。本文旨在系统梳理近年研究进展，围绕PTC淋巴结转移的分子机制与临床决策进展，为优化临床实践提供循证参考。
