2型糖尿病(T2DM)和代谢相关脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)是全球范围内常见的代谢性疾病,二者通过胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激及炎症反应等机制相互促进,而肝纤维化是影响患者预后的关键病理进程。血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)作为肝细胞分泌的重要酶类,其活性变化与肝脏合成功能及脂质代谢密切相关。本文旨在通过梳理近年来有关T2DM合并MAFLD患者肝纤维化进展与ChE的相关文献,探究ChE与肝纤维化的关系,有望为T2DM合并MAFLD患者肝纤维化的早期诊断、病情监测及治疗干预提供新策略。
