肌肉减少症（Sarcopenia，以下简称肌少症）是一种以骨骼肌质量进行性、广泛性减少，肌肉力量下降和生理功能减退为特征的临床综合征，在肝细胞癌（Hepatocellular Carcinoma，HCC）患者中几乎经常观察到肌少症。多项研究证实合并肌少症的HCC患者预后更差，术后并发症发生的风险更高，对放化疗等抗癌治疗的耐受性也更差，为了对其诊断及早期干预提供一定的参考，本文就HCC合并肌少症的研究进展进行综述。
