慢性肾脏病（CKD）是全球患病率高、知晓率低的慢性进展性疾病，预计到2040年将成为全球第五大死亡原因。然而睡眠障碍在CKD患者中常见，对他们的生活质量和发病率产生重大影响。CKD与睡眠障碍相互影响、形成恶性循环：睡眠时间异常（<6h或>9h）、晚睡和睡眠质量差均会加速肾损伤；而CKD患者因尿毒症毒素蓄积、钙磷失衡等，也常并发阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）、不宁腿综合征（RLS）及失眠等睡眠障碍。整合药物与非药物手段，发挥中西医结合优势，可显著提高CKD患者睡眠障碍的治疗效果。改善CKD患者睡眠质量，对延缓肾功能进展、提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。
