本研究旨在探讨心脏代谢指数(Cardiac Metabolic Index,CMI)、预估葡萄糖处理率(Estimated Glucose Disposal Rate,eGDR)与血清脂蛋白a(Lp(a))在合并缺血性脑卒中的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的关联性。随着每年T2DM发病率的上升,其并发症之一的缺血性脑卒中已成为显著的公共健康问题,严重影响患者的生活质量及生存率。CMI、eGDR、Lp(a)作为潜在生物标志物,可能在评估T2DM患者的脑卒中风险方面发挥重要作用。通过对这些生物标志物的研究,可以更深入地理解其在心血管代谢异常及脑卒中发生中的作用机制,并为临床干预策略的制定提供理论依据与实践指导。
