AHRR、Ddx4(vasa)在卵巢癌中表达的临床意义的研究进展

卵巢癌(OC)是妇科常见恶性肿瘤之一,发病率仅次于宫颈癌和子宫内膜癌,由于其发展隐匿及症状和体征模糊,多数患者发现已进展为晚期,被称为“沉默的杀手”。卵巢癌患者的生存期与早期诊断和及时治疗紧密相关,晚期卵巢癌复发率及耐药率显著升高,因此寻找卵巢癌早期诊断及预后的特异性生物标志物一直是一项研究热点。[1]近年来AHRR及DDX4对于肿瘤发生、发展影响的研究逐渐进入众多学者的视野,本文回顾性讨论此前学者对芳烃受体阻遏物(AHRR)及生殖细胞特异蛋白DDX4(DEAD-box Helicase 4)在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义的研究进展。
