早期胃癌患者内镜下切除术后复发的危险因素及当前治疗现状

随着内镜技术的发展,内镜下切除(ER)已成为治疗早期胃癌的首先方法。相比于外科手术,ER具有创伤小、愈合快、保留器官完整性等优点,患者的长期生存率与外科手术的患者相当,但肿瘤复发率相对偏高。因此,探究ER术后复发的危险因素对于复发风险的评估及后续治疗方式的选择尤为重要。目前对于ER术后复发的胃癌患者,多采取再次行ER或追加外科手术、放射治疗、化学治疗等ER术后复发的多维度危险因素,并整合了国内外最新治疗进展,为临床个体化决策提高依据。
