腹部脂肪量化评价及其在2型糖尿病中的临床价值研究进展

随着医学科学技术迅猛发展,人体脂肪分布及各部位脂肪含量测定方式日渐丰富,脂肪定量评价愈发精准。腹部脂肪沉积及脂代谢紊乱是胰岛素抵抗(Insulin resistance,IR)的重要发病因素之一,胰岛素抵抗又是2型糖尿病(T2DM)发生发展的重要病理生理机制。有研究显示,内脏肥胖人群代谢性疾病发病风险显著增加,内脏脂肪面积可能在胰岛素抵抗与T2DM发病中起重要作用。近来研究表明,海拔与糖尿病、肥胖的发生率间存在一定相关关系,可能通过影响代谢和脂肪分布来调节这一关系。故量化评价腹部脂肪与胰岛素抵抗和T2DM的相关性,探讨不同海拔地区T2DM患者腹部脂肪量化评价相关性研究进展,对腹型肥胖或正常体重代谢性肥胖患者在T2DM预防、早期诊断及个性化治疗方面意义重大。
