老年人群维生素D缺乏与骨折风险的相关性研究

文章摘要
维生素D在钙的吸收、骨骼代谢和骨密度维护中起着关键作用。老年人群维生素D缺乏是导致骨质疏松和骨折的重要危险因素。研究表明,维生素D缺乏会增加骨骼脆弱性和骨折的风险,尤其是在老年人中。通过深入研究维生素D与骨折之间的关系,可以为制定个性化的干预措施提供依据,从而提升老年人的骨骼健康水平,改善其生活质量。本文结合老年人群维生素D缺乏与骨折风险的相关性进行研究,以供参考。
