代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MetS)和骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)是全球范围内日益严峻的公共卫生挑战。MetS是一组以中心性肥胖、胰岛素抵抗、高血压和血脂异常为特征的代谢紊乱综合征,其各组分可能通过不同机制影响骨代谢;而骨质疏松症则以骨量减少、骨微结构破坏及骨折风险增加为主要特征。近年来,MetS和OP的患病率均呈显著上升趋势,但两者之间的关联仍存在争议,因此亟需更深入的探讨与研究。本研究旨在系统分析老年代谢综合征患者的骨密度(Bone Mineral Density,BMD)影响因素。随着全球老龄化进程加速,MetS已成为老年人群健康管理的关键问题,而骨质疏松症作为老年常见病,正逐渐被视为MetS的重要并发症。本研究通过深入探讨MetS患者的BMD变化机制,旨在为临床干预和个体化治疗策略提供循证依据,从而改善老年患者的骨骼健康及整体预后。
