近年来，炎症反应在急性缺血性脑卒中（Acute ischemic stroke，AIS）病理机制中的作用日益受到关注。研究表明，炎症反应不仅贯穿AIS的整个病理过程，还在神经损伤、修复及预后中扮演重要角色。相比传统单一指标，新型复合炎性指标更全面、精准地反映炎症状态，在AIS预后评估中展现出较高临床价值。本文就基于新型免疫炎症标志物在AIS预后中的研究进展作一综述。
