全身炎症免疫指数与冠状动脉钙化相关性讨论

冠心病的发生发展与高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病及高尿酸血症密不可分。近些年来,炎症、冠状动脉钙化和心血管疾病之间复杂的病理联系逐渐带入大众视野,SII和冠心病及高危因素紧密联系,全身免疫炎症指数(SII)作为能够对患者全身炎症状况作出反应的敏感指标来评估冠心病预防、发展及其预后是一个良好的指标。同时,通过探究全身炎症免疫指数(SII)与冠状动脉钙化之间的关联,为临床预防和治疗冠状动脉钙化提供了新的思路和依据。
