维生素D在儿童胃肠道疾病中的研究进展

维生素D(VitaminD,VitD)作为一种脂溶性的开环固醇类物质,是人体生长发育不可或缺的维生素,广泛存在于自然界各生物体中,在促进钙磷代谢与骨骼健康中发挥重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,维生素D水平与多种儿童胃肠道疾病的发生发展密切相关。故本文通过梳理国内外文献,综述了维生素D与炎症性肠病、幽门螺旋杆菌感染及乳糜泻等儿童多种胃肠道疾病之间的关系,并进一步探讨维生素D在这些胃肠道疾病中的作用机制,为预防和治疗胃肠道疾病提供新的思路和方法。
