多糖由于良好的生物相容性,低毒。多糖还可以激活巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞和自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞),促进细胞因子生成和抗体的产生。多糖佐剂是一类由多糖(polysaccharides)组成的免疫佐剂,通过激活补体系统,从而提高机体免疫力能够增强疫苗或药物的免疫效果。它们主要通过激活机体的先天免疫系统,调节免疫细胞的反应,从而增强抗体生成、细胞介导的免疫反应等。因此在免疫佐剂等领域得到了广泛应用。本综述介绍了常见的佐剂类型;多糖佐剂的机制;常见的多糖佐剂。
