阿尔茨海默病(AD)是影响全球数百万人的最普遍的神经退行性疾病之一,患病率和发病率都随着年龄的增长而增加。它的特征是认知能力下降,特别是与胆碱能神经元的退化有关。AD是痴呆症最常见的原因,是一个日益严重的全球健康问题,对个人和社会具有巨大影响。在本综述总结了目前对AD发病机制和最新治疗的理解,以期为未来开发新的治疗策略提供新的思路。
