高通量测序技术的进步揭示了长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）在疾病进展中的重要性。lncRNA，一种长度超过200个核苷酸的非编码RNA，与mRNA结构相似，不编码蛋白质，广泛分布于细胞核和细胞质中。它们在多种生理和病理过程中扮演复杂调控角色，其表达和功能异常与肿瘤、心血管疾病、免疫疾病、妊娠并发症等紧密相关，成为近年研究焦点。特别是在妊娠相关疾病中，识别的lncRNA数量增多，且与胎盘发育显著相关，突显了lncRNA在这些疾病中的关键作用。尽管在肝脏疾病中的研究显著，但针对HBV相关肝脏疾病的研究仍有限。本文综述了lncRNA在妊娠相关疾病、HBV感染及其相关肝脏疾病中的作用。
